Glenn D. Corley, AIA, Chief Executive Officer
After four years of experience in various architectural firms in Charlotte, North Carolina, Glenn joined the firm of Hakan/Best & Associates in Chapel Hill. In 1971, this firm was reorganized under the name Hakan/Corley & Associates, Inc., and in 1996, the firm name was changed to Corley Redfoot Zack, Inc. to reflect the change in management. The firm has grown to include a staff of professionals comprised of Architects, Engineers and Planners. As the CEO of the firm, Glenn has guided the design solutions for numerous private and public clients over the years, including UNC's Kenan Stadium Improvements, the Dean E. Smith Center and NCSU's Carter-Finley Stadium Improvements. Glenn is an alumnus of Clemson University.
Kenneth E. Redfoot,AIA,LEED AP, President, Managing Partner
Over the past twenty-five years, Ken has concentrated on work in the public sector. The breadth of his work includes educational, civic, health care and recreational projects.  Sustainability has been a high priority on many of his commissions, including East Chapel Hill High School, Durham Technical Community College's Orange County Campus and the Chapel Hill Public Library Expansion. He has also been involved in educational and sustainable organizations such as the Triangle J Council of Governments Sustainable Public Facility Design and Development Committee, the North Carolina Energy Smart Schools Conference and Rebuild America.  Ken holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
Michael L. Hammersley, PE, Partner, Civil Engineer
Mike is the principal engineer of Corley Redfoot Zack's in-house Civil Engineering Department. In addition to providing the civil engineering design services for all of the architectural projects in the office, he has designed and managed many parks and greenways throughout the Piedmont region. Mike is well versed and highly experienced in the regulatory processes required to get a project built and works closely with NCDOT, NCDENR, county and municipal planning, erosion control, sewer and water, and utility agencies.  He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.
Andrew R. Cruickshank, AIA, LEED AP, Partner, Architect
Since joining the firm over sixteen years ago, Andy’s work has in large part focused on projects for college athletics and recreation. He has a wide range of experience designing stadiums, arenas, and practice venues for almost every type of NCAA sports program. His ability to successfully manage complicated projects with many different stakeholders and demanding schedules is one of the reasons his work is valued by our many repeat clients. Andy grew up in the Triangle and graduated with honors from NC State University.
David M. Taylor, AIA, LEED AP, Partner, Architect
Following nine years of experience in various architectural firms in Charlotte, North Carolina, David joined Corley Redfoot Zack, Inc. in 1995 as the Project Architect for the North Carolina Women's and Children's Hospital in Chapel Hill. Since then, David has led the design of the firm's municipal, county and K-12 education markets. He has significant experience in sustainable and high-performance system design and integration in a wide variety of building types, including the Chapel Hill Town Operations Center, Chatham County Justice Center and Rashkis Elementary School. David earned a Master of Architecture from Clemson University.
