North Carolina Cancer Hospital

We have been working with UNC Hospitals on the various civil phases of this project since 2005. The initial phase involved an early sitework package of water, sanitary sewer and storm relocations. The final phase which includes a parking services facility for hospital valet will be constructed in 2012. The project also included all sitework for the new cancer hospital, demolition of existing buildings, a new access drive for the hospital and the physician’s office building. The civil work was done with the Architectural group Zimmer Gunsul Fransca Partnership from Seattle Washington.
